After sitting dormant for nearly a decade, this historic theater has RETURNED to serve the greater region once again!

In 2024, local visionary Murphy Vogel purchased this beautiful abandoned theater and lovingly restored it to its former glory. Tragically, Murphy passed away on our opening day, but his dream lives on. Following a VERY brief closure, we reopened as Vogel Memorial Theater in his honor—and we've been going strong for almost a whole year now!

Are you sick and tired of paying exorbitant prices at a multiplex theater? Sick of sticky-soda covered-floors and stadium seating that makes you feel packed in like a sardine in a can? Why not experience movies the way they were SUPPOSED to be seen? In a historic single-screen theater with CHARACTER and CHARM?? Our projection booth and our sound system is MORE than adequate!

We show second-run features at UNBEATABLE prices! Sure, the big movies come to us a few weeks later than the multiplex theaters, but the wait is worth it for our intimate 35-seat auditorium! Plus, we have REAL butter on our popcorn! The air conditioning has also been fixed! So please stop asking about it.
